Office Manager

Work Schedule: 7:30am-3:30pm MST (Monday - Friday), averaging 40 hours per week
Salary Expectations: $50,000 CAD - $60,000 CAD annually
Option to work overtime and weekends
Insight Pest Solutions is currently looking for an Office Manager to join our team! On a daily basis, you will be the first point of contact for both our clients and internal staff. Your attention to detail and strong communication skills will help organize financial transactions, scheduling, and prepare a variety of reports. Whether it is engaging with clients through digital communications or liaising with senior managers, your energetic and positive attitude will be foundational to ensuring exceptional customer service and fostering a positive working environment.
Position Summary - Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day operations to ensure the office is running smoothly
- Handling customer service (customer complaints and inquiries, scheduling, client calls, ,email correspondence, etc)
- Receiving and tracking shipments as well as other mail items
- Completing bank runs and deposits as well as accepting technician payments
- Creating and organizing invoicing reports
- Respond, organize, and monitor Google reviews
- Assisting in scheduling and optimizing technician routes
- Act as an escalation liaison between the branch managers and administrative managers
- Track and collect cash from sales representatives
- Tracking inventory and ordering products
- Maintaining a clean and organized office space
- Tracking, verifying, and editing technician hours for payroll purposes
- Managing, tracking, and recording any expenses related to the branch office
- Maintaining relationships with sales managers to ensure a synergistic relationship between sales and service
- Staying up to date on relevant industry trends and regulations as well as ensuring that the office adheres to them
- Managing the operation and administration of the branch
- Responsible for covering technician service routes due lack of sufficient technicians, sick calls, and/or reschedules
Qualifications - What will make you successful:
- 1+ years in an office manager or similar administrative role
- Self-motivated individuals who are able to work with little supervision
- Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Must have access to a vehicle and a valid G license
- Empathetic and professional towards customers
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask
- Possesses an eagerness to learn and work in a team setting
- We will help you obtain a Structural Exterminator License (we will provide you training material, help you study, and apply for the exam)
- Clean Criminal Record
- Must be 21 years of age or older to operate a company vehicle
- Interest in Pest Control
