- Court Booking Management: Effectively manage the court booking system to ensure accurate reservations and efficient court usage.
- Booking Assistance: Assist customers in making court reservations, adjusting existing bookings, and answering inquiries about available time slots.
- Member Interaction: Interact with members and guests in a friendly and professional manner, addressing their needs, concerns, and questions related to court bookings, lounge services, facility usage, and cleanliness.
- Payment Processing: Handle payments for court reservations, membership dues, lounge purchases, proshop items, and other services accurately and securely.
- Alcohol Service: Serve alcoholic beverages in accordance with legal regulations and internal policies. Requires possession of a valid ProServe certification.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform various administrative duties, including data entry, record-keeping, and updating membership information.
- Communication: Communicate upcoming events, promotions, and facility updates to customers through in-person interactions, phone calls, and emails.
- Issue Resolution: Address and resolve any issues or conflicts related to court bookings, lounge services, facility usage, and cleanliness, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Regularly clean and maintain playing surfaces to ensure a safe and hygienic environment for players. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the front counter area, lounge, and lobby.
- Proshop Sales: Assist customers in the proshop by providing information about products, processing sales, and maintaining inventory levels.
- Collaboration: Coordinate with other team members, including instructors, maintenance staff, and management, to ensure seamless operations and a cohesive customer experience.
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 24 per week
Salary: $18.00-$20.00 per hour
