Responsibilities:
- Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
- Assist with meal preparation and food service
- Ensure proper food handling and sanitation practices are followed
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
- Collaborate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen
- Follow all safety protocols and guidelines
Experience:
- Previous experience as a line cook or prep cook is preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic cooking techniques and food preparation methods
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
