- Assist in daily operation from preparation, cooking, displaying, and serving the customers.
- Ensure the health and safety guidelines are strictly followed.
- Frequently monitor the food temperature, cooler temperature, and freezer temperature to ensure a healthy food environment.
- Maintain the workplace clean and tidy to avoid and potential food safety hazards.
- Respond to customer enquiries in a professional manner to ensure the highest customer satisfaction level.
- Maintain inventory levels and may require transfer inventory stocks from storage room/cooler/freezer to department, which may require some lifting.
- All responsibilities may subject to adjustment on the company’s sole discretion.
- Responsibilities may also be subject to operation requirements which determined by direct supervisor.
