Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the store, including managing staff, inventory, and customer service
- Train and supervise store clerks to ensure they provide excellent customer service
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and meet store targets
- Monitor and analyze market trends to identify opportunities for growth
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, sales, and expenses
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, payroll, and employee evaluations
- Conduct interviews and hire new employees
