POSITION SUMMARY
As a member of the Malach's quality team, this position will be responsible to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities within the manufacturing operations. You will contribute to minimizing downtime, optimizing efficiency, and ensuring a safe working environment.
WHAT YOU WILL DO:
- Works effectively in a team environment.
- Conduct regular inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs of equipment, machinery, and facilities to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, or technical issues and perform troubleshooting to identify root causes and implement appropriate solutions.
- Execute maintenance tasks, including equipment installations, calibrations, adjustments, lubrication, and component replacements.
- Collaborate with production and operations teams to schedule maintenance activities and coordinate with other departments as needed.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations during maintenance activities, following lockout/tagout procedures and other safety guidelines.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work performed, parts used, and equipment condition, for reference and reporting purposes.
- Utilize our ERP relevant software to document maintenance activities, update work orders, and track inventory.
WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL:
- Minimum 3-5 years of proven experience as Maintenance technician.
- You have strong mechanical, electrical, or technical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment and systems.
- You are familiar with maintenance principles, techniques, and best practices.
- You have knowledge of relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards applicable to a manufacturing set-up.
- You have strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, and you can work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- High School Diploma or equivalent general education.

Salary: $34.00-$40.00 per hour
