Starting at $16-$22 an hour, based on experience, plus vehicle, tool and cell phone allowance.
Looking for an individual to help keep apartment buildings, shop and equipment in good repair and working condition. Successful candidate must be detail oriented, have problem solving ability and be organized.
Monday to Friday, Full Time Day Mobile Employment, some On Call and Overtime, as required.
Must be bondable.
Experience in maintaining buildings and equipment an asset. Basic skills in carpentry, painting, plumbing, flooring, and repair and maintenance is necessary.
Must have own tools, safety equipment and cell phone - allowance provided.
Must have own vehicle, valid driver's license and insurance - allowance provided.
Must be capable of working unassisted and unsupervised, able to handle heavy loads, and be physically strong.
