Line Cook Responsibilities:
The primary purpose of the Line Cook is to prepare Smitty’s specified food, following time goals and using safe food handling processes.
- Stocking, cleaning, sanitizing the line and all cooking tools and spaces
- Ensuring food is handled safely and according to all public health standards
- Preparing our delicious menu items for our Guests according to Smitty's standards.
- Accommodating any and all dietary requests happily and taking all allergens seriously
- Maintaining our fast work pace to ensure quality Guest service
