The Position
We are looking for a professional, client-oriented and motivated individual to join our team! Electra Health is known for its outstanding and unparalleled client experience. As a client care coordinator, you are the face of our company and the first point of interaction for each of our clients. You understand the importance and are passionate about maintaining the highest level of client care. You are also organized, a team-player, able to multitask in a fast-paced environment, and above all, passionate about health and wellness.
Your Responsibilities
- opening or closing the clinic
- greeting and assisting clients
- booking appointments
- answering client requests via phones and emails
- providing practitioner support thru bookings, cancellations + other requests
- maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organized clinic
Your Skills
- exceptional customer service
- experience with booking systems (JaneApp, Appointment.com etc) (not a requirement, but an asset)
- professional etiquette
- self-starter and experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- ability to multitask
- strong computer proficiency (Google Drive, Slack, JaneApp, ConnectTeam)
- excellent communication skills (English)
