We are looking for an enthusiastic individual to join our team as a full time manager.
Our ideal candidate would have 37.5 hours for availability, be able to open or close the store independently, as well as be able to cover shifts if needed throughout the week. Our store hours are 11AM – 9PM Sunday, 10AM-10PM Monday - Saturday. Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
We are looking for a hard working, reliable, sales-driven individual who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in a small team. Being open-minded and having a positive attitude is vital to thriving in this type of environment. Having a willingness to learn will be an asset.
General Duties include using a cash register and debit/credit machine, opening and closing duties, cleaning, stocking shelves, organizing DVDs, alphabetizing, maintaining organizational systems, performing inventories, meeting sales goals, creating window displays, visual merchandising, assisting customers with lingerie and making suggestions towards appropriate purchases for their individual needs.
Management duties will include: maintaining a strong sales team, inventory control, scheduling, hiring and training new team members and being responsible for the day to day running of the store.
Must have at least 1 years of retail and sales experience and be 18 years or older to apply. Some product knowledge is a bonus, as well as experience with lingerie sizing.
Retail management experience is an advantage.
Reliable transportation to and from work is a must.
