Security Building Supplies in Regina has an opportunity for Inside Sales Rep/Estimator to join our team. Security Building Supplies are veterans in the building material industry operating since 1967.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable individual to join our team as an Inside Sales/Estimator. This role is crucial to providing our customers with accurate estimates and product recommendations, ensuring a seamless purchasing experience at our lumber yard.
1. Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide product recommendations.
2. Prepare accurate estimates for projects, considering all required materials and costs.
3. Collaborate with the yard and inventory teams to ensure product availability.
4. Stay updated on product knowledge and lumber market trends.
5. Handle customer inquiries, both in person and over the phone, with professionalism and courtesy.
6. Resolve any customer issues or concerns promptly.
- Prior experience in lumber sales or a related field is a plus.
- Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.
