Summary of Position:
Supervisors perform many duties while overseeing day or evening operations from ensuring positive guest experiences, maintaining & assigning tasks to staff on hand and communicating important information to upper management.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Inspect guest areas for cleanliness.
· Open and close registers and make cash deposits. Ensure proper cash handling procedures are being followed.
· Ensure customers are attended to in a courteous and friendly manner and swift resolution is given to their issues/complaints.
· Ensuring that checklists and proper closing functions are being completed each shift.
· Delegate basic tasks to staff on hand.
· Communicate & record any issues regarding employees or guests to management.
· Receiving orders, serving tables food & beverages, taking payments.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Part-time
Salary: From $14.15 per hour
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
