Reporting to the General Manager (M/F), the Merchandiser Supervisor, also known as the Storekeeper (M/F), plays an active role in the smooth running of the warehouse.
He/she is responsible for ensuring that tasks are properly completed and that company workplace policies are respected.
Main duties include :
- Supervise and schedule the merchandising team for the week
- Ensure proper stocking and rotation of products
- Ensure proper product presentation throughout the shift
- Verify accurate inventory reports
- Maintain excellent customer service and meet customer requirements
- Monitor product anomalies and defects.
