Cooks: Plan and introduce unique plates and sandwich variations in alignment with theme of Restaurant and determine related food and labor costs. Oversee kitchen operations, including supervise, train and schedule other cooks, maintain inventory, records of food and supplies. Must be flexible, adaptable and comfortable working under pressure, comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks, having a verified record of punctuality/attendance and time management.
