Summary:
The Client Services Coordinator proactively seeks out existing customer needs to reschedule testing that will provide occupational health and safety solutions. This position provides our customers with a high level of consulting which includes delivering the highest quality customer care in accordance with corporate objectives and revenue goals.

Performance Objectives
The employee will report to the Operations Team-Leader and General Manager.
Your status will be full-time. Work hours will be Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM but may be subject to change at the discretion of the General Manager. Advanced notice will be provided for any change.
Before you start the journey, it is important that you have the roadmap. Within the first 30 days, take you will meet with the Management team to understand the Company vision and key Company objectives. You will learn the CRM system and resources – working knowledge of order entry and workflows while utilizing the resources available.
· Within the first 60 days, you will need to demonstrate your ability to conduct up-tempo recalls and adhere to the sales cadence. You will demonstrate product knowledge and quoting abilities.
· Within the first 90 days, you will need to decipher our recall backlog, while staying current with the monthly targets.
· Within the first 6 months, you will need to provide one process improvement idea related to your position. Develop solid working relationships with all internal key support personnel. Maintain top levels of professionalism and diplomacy when dealing with our internal support teams.
Responsibilities:
· Handle incoming and outgoing customer telephone calls in a courteous and professional manner, with a mandate to solicit orders from the existing customer base.
· Coordinate the prompt handling of customer service requests including, but not limited to, order entry, pricing, expediting.
· Handle written correspondence received from and sent to customers in a timely manner.
· Assist and support Client Advisors by providing technical support to customers, as well as sharing information that will allow both parties to offer customers the best solution.
· Participate in training sessions, meetings and sales meetings as requested.
· Keep management informed of recall conditions and recommend new ideas.
· Other duties may be assigned as needed.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
· Minimum of undergraduate degree; a sales background (i.e. inside sales, CSR).
· One to three years of related sales experience considered an asset.
