Completion of a college or other program related to hospitality or food and beverage service management is usually required. Review and approve food invoices.

Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms. Participate in marketing plans and implementation.

Follows all cash management and cash register policies and ensures proper cash management practices are followed by shift team.
